Week 53
July 18, 2005 – Ted called for our “pre-final” inspection last Friday. There were a variety of minor things that were changed, but we had one potential problem — the network box in the garage is not fire-rated. Of course, we had just cut the wires to length for final installation! And it had been approved previously. None of us were happy. We ended up pulling it out of the wall and surface mounting it on top of some 1x3s. And, of course at this point, we can’t really find anything! But, we’re basically done – for now!
